AidEx 2015 Humanitarian & Development Photojournalism Winner
Victor Lacken from Lensman Media Services was declared the winner of the AidEx 2015 Humanitarian & Development Journalism Award – Photojournalism Category for his exceptional coverage of the Ebola crisis. For three months in 2014, during the height of the epidemic, he documented the work of the Red Cross burial teams in Liberia. With unrivaled access to one of the most challenging aid efforts, the judges deemed that his photographs made a truly outstanding contribution to the field of humanitarian journalism.
